Chapman University Student Housing

Campus housing development with amenity spaces, and the property utilized old Sunkist Orange packing house. The existing wood block of old structure has provided key design foundation as well as machinery material. The unique graphic art of Sunkist orange has been applied as curated environmental graphic for the new space.
